What We Do

The Behaviour Assessment Process

Talk on the phone

Speaking in person allows us to gauge the urgency of seeing your pet and hear a little about the challenges that you and your pet are facing.

Assessment

Assessment appointments are at our purpose built consulting rooms. We assess your pet’s behavioural issues and determine if any additional medical conditions are contributing to the behaviour. If necessary, home visits can be arranged.

Create a plan

Managing behavioural problems requires a clear, detailed and tailored plan using scientifically-proven techniques and methods. We go through this with you step-by-step.

Ongoing Care

We provide ongoing support to help carers implement effective management strategies, modification techniques and medical plans to improve pets' emotional and mental health.
